FRAIM Solutions
I help companies work out what AI actually returns.
At Google I brought AI to a department of 1,500 people; 54 per cent were using it within six months. I want to put that experience to work for mid-sized companies, so that the adoption and the impact land in the right places inside your organisation.

The two services
Where I can help you
01 — AI adoption
Where does AI actually return something for you?
Most companies start with a tool and go looking for a problem to match. I start with your processes. I weigh every opportunity on value, usability and feasibility, and pick the one that removes a real bottleneck. Then I stay until your own people carry it.
To AI adoption →02 — Google Ads audit
Is your ad budget being spent well?
I spent four years on the other side of the table, at Google, working with the largest advertisers in the Netherlands. What I find in an account has usually been sitting there for years. A rule nobody remembered setting. Sales that were counted and were never sales.

How I got here
From advertising to adoption
I started at Google in Large Customer Sales, advising large Dutch companies at board level on their marketing.
Then came AI, well before it became common ground. I was made responsible internally for its rollout and its use. That meant training, coaching and deploying, but above all: finding out why people do or do not start using something.
The hard lesson was that the problem is never the technology. It is that people sit at completely different points on the same journey.
Today I work independently. Not a representative of one platform, but someone free to advise on what works, including when that sits outside Google. I work from Ireland, for mid-sized companies across Europe.
What I start from
Four beliefs
- 01Low adoption is the provider's fault. If we run a demonstration and people do not go on to use it, then the thing does not solve their problem, or it was brought to them badly.
- 02Context beats agents. You can build the most elegant automated workflow there is. If rubbish goes in, rubbish comes out.
- 03Do not build everything yourself. Make sure your data is ready and your people know what they can use. When the big providers take the next step, you step onto the train.
- 04Dependency is a failure. The goal is that you can do it yourself. An adviser who becomes indispensable has not finished the job.
